What You Do
  • Causal Inference & Econometric Modeling
  • Develop and implement state-of-the-art statistical techniques to identify causal effects in observational and experimental data.
  • Design and execute econometric models, quasi-experiments, and A/B tests to support strategic decision-making.
  • Stay at the forefront of the scientific literature for econometrics, statistics, and machine learning, continuously improving our methodologies.
  • Client Impact & Communication
  • Translate complex findings into clear, actionable insights through visualizations, presentations, and reports.
  • Collaborate closely with clients to understand their challenges and tailor data-driven solutions to their needs.
  • Guide stakeholders through evidence-based decision-making, helping them unlock the full potential of their data.
  • Collaboration & Growth
  • Work alongside data engineers and scientists to enhance data infrastructure and processes.
  • Share knowledge and mentor colleagues, contributing to a culture of continuous learning.
  • Take an entrepreneurial approach, helping ADC expand its Decision Science capabilities and explore new opportunities.
What You Bring

At ADC, we believe that no one succeeds alone—we grow by challenging and supporting each other. We’re looking for someone who is passionate about driving impact with data, thrives in a team‑driven environment, and takes ownership of their work.

  • 5+ years of experience in data science, econometrics, or a related field, ideally in consulting or project-based work.
  • A strong foundation in causal inference, panel data models, and statistical modelling.
  • A strong vision for high-quality model development, with an eagerness to challenge the status quo and improve industry standards.
  • A quantitative academic degree (Statistics, Econometrics, Mathematics, Physics, Data Science or a related field).
