We’re looking for a Senior Manager in Data Science to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll combine deep technical expertise with leadership and client engagement, acting as a trusted partner for both internal teams and clients. You’ll help translate strategy into execution, oversee delivery, and ensure that data science initiatives are impactful, reliable, and aligned with business goals.

• Build AI and analytics solutions end-to-end — from strategy and design to deployment
• Translate complex business needs into technical solutions and communicate them clearly to clients
• Oversee project planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring stakeholder alignment and timely outcomes
• Keep the team up to date with emerging data science trends, tools, and frameworks

• Partner with clients to understand challenges, define objectives, and deliver actionable insights
• Support business development by identifying opportunities and shaping proposals
• Represent ADC’s values in all client interactions

• Act as a mentor and sparring partner for data scientists and engineers, fostering knowledge sharing and continuous learning
• Bring structure, clarity, and calm to complex projects and fast-paced delivery cycles
• Help create an environment where the team can do its best work, supporting onboarding, communication, and professional development

• 8+ years of experience in data science, analytics, or related fields, ideally in consulting, professional services, or fast-paced tech environments
• Strong expertise in AI, machine learning, data engineering, and predictive analytics
• Hands‑on experience with data science tools, cloud environments, and deployment frameworks
• Experience leading projects and mentoring teams, with a structured and calm approach to complexity
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Fluency in English
• Ownership mindset, collaborative spirit, and a pragmatic approach to delivering results
