As our Product Designer
, you will be the bridge between design, product, and frontend development. You will manage the flow of design work across the organization, making sure every design request is clearly defined, prioritized, and ready for implementation.

Your focus will be on quality, consistency, and execution
, ensuring that everything coming out of Figma lands perfectly in production. You will collaborate closely with our external web design studio, internal stakeholders, and frontend team to deliver high-quality digital experiences.

• Own and maintain our Figma ecosystem
  , ensuring files are organized, consistent, and ready for development
• Translate design deliverables into clear, build-ready tasks for the frontend team
• Collaborate with the product team and frontend lead to ensure smooth delivery between design and code
• Keep our design library aligned with current brand and UI standards

• Act as the go-to person for all UI/UX design requests across the company
• Turn business needs into structured design briefs for our external design partners
• Manage the design request queue, prioritize effectively, and communicate timelines with stakeholders

• Be the main point of contact for our external web design studio
• Coordinate handoffs, feedback loops, and quality reviews
• Validate that all Figma files meet our technical and visual standards before implementation

• Conduct design QA during and after development to ensure perfect alignment between design and the final product
• Check for responsiveness, consistency, and attention to detail across devices and browsers
• Collaborate with frontend engineers to achieve pixel-perfect delivery

• Keep a structured design backlog and document known UX inconsistencies or upcoming design updates
• Identify legacy areas and propose modern design improvements
• Help elevate our design maturity, ensuring Experiencegift’s digital touchpoints are as inspiring as the experiences we sell

• Residency in the Netherlands (Amsterdam-based or nearby)
• 2+ years of experience in digital product design, UI/UX design, or frontend-related roles
• A background in Digital Design
  , Interaction Design
  , or Visual Communication (or similar studies)
• Excellent Figma skills – you know how to structure files, components, and systems for collaboration
• Strong understanding of frontend principles and technical feasibility (coding skills are not required)
