AI Strategy Director

As an AI Strategy Director, you will think along strategically with our clients on how AI can help them solve current challenges or grasp new opportunities within the Strategy domain. You will be responsible for translating business needs into technical solutions, by working closely together with clients as well as our engineers.

You will be instrumental in shaping and executing the growth strategy of our AI Strategy domain, driving the development of new offerings and securing new business opportunities.

Success in this role, particularly in developing new business streams in collaboration with our sales team, will pave the way to build and spearhead a dedicated Strategy team.

Strategy domain leadership

• Expand client collaboration through strategic advisory services, delivering high-quality results that create significant value within the domain
• Work out and implement a GTM strategy to build out and foster a competitive edge within the domain
• Actively collaborate with our sales team to identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities within the Strategy domain, translating client needs into compelling ML6 solutions
• Provide direction and expertise by sharing knowledge and best practices within the domain
• Build up a new domain and team when creating enough business value

AI consultancy

• Lead strategy workshops to support clients
• Manage advisory projects and guide clients through the course of the project
• Interact with business and technical stakeholders and explain technical concepts understandably to the client
• Guide the end user during the adoption of the AI solution
• Design workshop materials and further develop our advisory methodology

• 7+ years of experience in tech or consultancy, ideally with a background in strategy, innovation and/or management consulting
• Master degree in a business, strategy, engineering or other relevant field
• Experienced on AI & ML concepts and are the go to person to explain in easily
• Strong communicational (English + Dutch) and functional skills to support our clients from day one
• Deep understanding of strategy consulting, relevant players and the challenges they are facing
• An entrepreneurial mindset with a proven ability to build and scale new business initiatives or practices
• Experience with client-facing business development activities and a passion for revenue generation in a consultative selling environment
• Understand customer’s technology footprint, strategic growth plan, business drivers and competitive landscape within the domain
• Love taking ownership to further accelerate ML6, the domain, team, and clients within the segment
