My personal mission is to facilitate you in your own process and in an unbiased way. I will do that by giving back what I see and hear and by going into the core of the issue with curiosity and openness. I will motivate and confront you if needed and letting you experience and feel it yourself. Equality and unbiasedness are important themes for me.

This is reflected in my way of working. Ultimately, we all just want to be happy.

I worked in Africa for several years, which was a colorful and unique experience for me. It has broadened my view, increased my enthusiasm to work for and with entrepreneurs and I love moving in an intercultural environment. Mindfulness and meditation play an important part in my life. It has taught me to let go of control, to stop resisting life as it is and become more aware of (automatic) patterns and see that we have the (choice) freedom to participate or not.

Marc gave me a new way of looking at my own choices, through very useful exercises. I often think back to some practice in making decisions.

I found my own strength, because Marc mainly let me think and reflect, instead of taking the lead as a coach. Very strong and pleasant!

Marc really helped me with my new career choice. He listens carefully and asks sharp questions that really got me moving. But the exercises during the sessions were also transparent. I like that he uses both spiritual knowledge and experience and can put it (humorously) in perspective. He is genuine and committed and I would recommend him to people with personal and professional questions.

Different approaches to topics that lead to different insights. Marc also knows how to ask the right questions, keeps asking questions, but also knows how to park and direct things. I always left with a pleasant feeling and look back on this process with satisfaction, which brought me closer to my goal.
