As our Senior AI Product Manager, you will be the central hub connecting our clients' ambitions with our technical teams' expertise. Your role will focus on three core areas.

• Identify user and client requirements using ideation and prioritization techniques
• Identify market/persona trends within the AI space for specific industries
• Translate client requirements into tangible goals for a technical team
• Research and translate the needs of the users

• Create task backlogs, agile working models and planning
• Create a product roadmap and strategy and handle continuous alignment
• Follow up on deliverables, resources, timing and budget prioritization
• Create project documentation and user stories to facilitate knowledge sharing
• Design and organize user testing to enable adoption of transformative solutions (UX/UI, UCD, Rollout Management)

• Effectively pitch solutions and present results to a technical and non technical audience
• Follow up on client satisfaction and closely collaborate with our business development unit by exploring potential opportunities to scale clients further
• Enable teamwork, engagement and conflict solving within your project teams

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Dutch
• Master’s degree in a business, IT, engineering, or other relevant field
• Min. 5 years of experience as a product owner in IT with a strong record in managing data projects, products or solutions and with the full IT product life cycle
• Experience with agile/scrum and/or KANBAN methodologies
• Experience with elaborating strategic roadmaps
• Strong business, technical understanding and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to solve conflicts and hold team members accountable for specific goals
• Ability to plan, schedule, coordinate and organize interdisciplinary teams
