Java Tech Lead

As a Java Tech Lead, you will:

• Lead the development and integration of enterprise‑grade applications using Java 21, Spring Boot, and RESTful APIs.
• Design and implement cloud‑based solutions using
  
  Microsoft Azure, including Azure SQL and Azure Dev Ops for CI/CD automation.
• Utilize Git Hub CoPilot to enhance productivity, optimize coding standards, and support development efficiency.
• Contribute across key areas such as Test Specification, Programming, Continuous Delivery, Security, Risk, Compliance, and Operations.
• Collaborate with architects, product teams, and business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Provide technical leadership, guidance, and support to offshore teams to ensure quality and timely delivery.
• Participate in architecture reviews, solution assessments, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support the full software development lifecycle while driving automation, quality assurance, and engineering best practices.

• 8–10 years of strong hands‑on experience in Java development.
• Deep expertise in Java 21, Spring Boot, REST API development, Azure SQL, and Azure Dev Ops.
• Practical experience using Git Hub CoPilot for development efficiency.
• Strong background working in onshore–offshore delivery models with proven leadership capabilities.
• Solid understanding of secure coding, CI/CD pipelines, cloud‑native development, and modern engineering practices.
• Good-to-have:
  Familiarity with Kubernetes for container orchestration.
• Strong communication skills, analytical thinking, and a collaborative mindset.
• Ability to work effectively in a structured, fast‑paced environment.

• Translate business requirements into scalable, secure, and high‑performing technical solutions.
• Identify risks early and ensure alignment with architectural and engineering standards.
• Drive and oversee development efforts end‑to‑end with accountability for quality.
• Manage multiple priorities effectively while maintaining engineering excellence.

• Contribute to long‑term technical planning, process improvements, and delivery optimization.
