Azure Data Engineer

Position: Azure Data Engineer (ID:3307)

As an Azure Data Engineer, you will:

• Build, manage, and optimize data pipelines using Azure Data Factory and Databricks (PySpark/Scala).
• Design and implement scalable, high-performance data architectures and ETL/ELT workflows.
• Deploy data and analytics solutions to production with CI/CD using Azure Dev Ops.
• Develop dashboards and data models using Power BI, MSBI, and Azure SQL.
• Ensure secure, compliant data operations using Azure Key Vault and Azure governance best practices.

What You Bring to the Table:

• 8–10 years of experience in data engineering, ETL/ELT, and Azure cloud data services.
• Strong expertise in ADF, Databricks, PySpark/Scala, Azure SQL, ADLS Gen2, T‑SQL, Stored Procedures.
• Hands‑on experience with Azure Dev Ops, Synapse, Log Analytics, and IaC (Bicep/Terraform/Ansible).
• Proficiency in Python, data modelling, and distributed processing.
• Added advantage: credit risk modelling experience and Azure Data Engineer certification.

You should possess the ability to:

• Architect scalable data solutions and write clean, optimized code.
• Troubleshoot pipelines, performance issues, and complex data flows.
• Translate business needs into technical data workflows and solutions.
• Collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams (data science, Dev Ops, business).
