As an AI engineer at the TKH Smart Software and Artificial Intelligence Hub, you will be at the forefront of developing and implementing AI solutions across TKH's global technology portfolio. You'll work across the full AI development lifecycle, from data preparation to deployment, applying state-of-the-art AI to solve real-world challenges. This role requires both technical excellence and the ability to translate business requirements into effective AI solutions.

• Convert business needs into technical specifications and feasible AI solutions
• Deploy AI/ML models and algorithms for real-world applications
• Collaborate with TKH operating companies to understand their needs and implement AI solutions
• Work with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into production environments
• Explain AI capabilities and limitations to non-technical stakeholders

• BSc and MSc in AI, or related technical field
• 3+ years of full‑time work experience in developing AI/ML solutions
• Strong programming skills in Python and common AI frameworks (PyTorch, Tensor Flow)
• Experience with computer vision, deep learning, and/or NLP
• Proven track record of delivering AI projects in production environments
• Excellent problem‑solving and communication skills
• Available 3 days a week minimum in our Amsterdam office

• Experience with Azure
• Dutch speaking (for some clients)
