As part of IBM’s consulting team, you will guide organizations in designing, executing, and sustaining business transformation programs that unlock measurable value.

• Provide support in early assessment and end to end delivery for enterprise-wide SAP programs.
• Provide valuable SAP expertise and share insights from similar IBM projects to support industry and account teams to scope and deliver a transformation discovery phase.
• Develop a good understanding of IBM’s Rapid Discovery Framework to increase use cases in delivery of objectives, incorporating value‑add activities aligned to our customers’ priorities.
• Leveraging SAP Signavio, LeanIX, and Walk Me to enable end‑to‑end visibility, governance, and adoption of transformation programs.
• Guide organizations in designing, executing, and sustaining business transformation programs that unlock measurable value.
• Analyze current business process & configuration with S/4
  
  HANA impact and identify potential improvements with S/4
  
  HANA solution capabilities, including in areas of automation, user experience.
• Define priorities and confirm the functional scope of any future SAP transformation journey.
• Assess and define the integration impact by moving to SAP S/4
  
  HANA and external systems.
• Evaluate and manage risks associated with the Discovery phase and future migration, ensuring timely decision‑making and mitigation strategies.
• Develop joint governance and team alignment to drive value and execution clarity throughout an S/4
  
  HANA scoping engagement.
• Contribute to development of strategic roadmaps, including implementation and deployment strategies, timelines, milestones, and deliverables, in the area of their expertise.
• Collaborate with key business and IT stakeholders to align on process gaps, harmonization opportunities, and industry best practices.
• Lead executive alignment interviews to capture strategic imperatives, business performance, and improvement opportunities.

Bachelor's Degree

• Proven track record in managing medium to large‑scale transformation strategies and programs.
• 12+ years of SAP program and project delivery across ECC and S/4
  
  HANA.
• 8+ years of management/business consulting experience.
• Comprehensive knowledge of SAP S/4
  
  HANA and experience with complex SAP environments and cloud deployments.
• Successful track record of early stages of any SAP‑enabled transformation journeys, from early current state analysis to involvement in definition of future‑state business process design, SAP capability mapping and contributing to associated business case development.
• Good project management skills, with the ability to manage work streams and stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of change management.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to assess data quality, completeness, and system interdependencies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and align executive leadership and stakeholders.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Demonstrated success in aligning SAP initiatives with enterprise goals and ensuring business readiness and organizational change initiatives to maximize adoption and long‑term value realization.
• Ability to leverage SAP Signavio to enable end‑to‑end visibility, governance, and adoption of transformation programs.
• Hands‑on experience with SAP Signavio Business Process Transformation Suite (process mining, modeling, governance, and optimization).
