You will support a company who power over 6,000 servers across Europe and the US as the Data Center Hardware Engineer managing the physical infrastructure across multiple Dutch data centers.

• Maintain and repair server hardware by diagnosing issues and replacing components such as drives, CPUs, memory, and fans.
• Deploy and configure new servers and racks to support customer installations and operational growth.
• Ensure data center organization through proper racking, cabling, labelling, and adherence to physical infrastructure standards.
• Manage hardware inventory by tracking spare parts, ordering replacements, and maintaining accurate stock records.
• Support multiple data center sites (Schiphol, Oude Meer, Delft) by performing on‑site troubleshooting, basic infrastructure tasks, and occasional fiber work

• Strong hands‑on hardware experience, building or repairing PCs or servers.
• Solid understanding of server components, including CPU, RAM, storage, and cooling systems.
• Previous experience in a data center, computer hardware, or IT maintenance role.
• Familiarity with HP server hardware (preferred).
• Good knowledge of cabling, racking, and structured layout standards.

• Up-to €4,500 Gross Per Month
• €250 per week on‑call allowance
