What you will do
As a Junior BI Analyst / Dashboarding Specialist at Wundermart, you’ll join the Business Intelligence & Data team and play a key role in making data accessible and actionable across the entire organization. Your primary focus will be building and maintaining dashboards in Looker Studio, using data from our analytics data warehouse in Big Query. You’ll work closely with stakeholders across departments to understand their needs, translate business questions into meaningful KPIs, and ensure dashboards tell the right story.
This role is ideal for someone with a strong affinity for data, a curious mindset, and the ambition to grow into a well-rounded BI professional. You’ll receive close guidance from the team lead, while also taking ownership of your own dashboards and datasets.
Build, maintain, and improve company-wide dashboards in Looker Studio
Translate business questions into clear KPIs and data visualizations
Connect and manage data sources, primarily via Big Query
Perform data checks and validations to ensure accuracy and consistency
Collaborate with stakeholders across departments and maintain feedback loops
Support the business with exploratory analyses and deeper insights when needed
Document dashboards, metrics, and data definitions
Gradually take on more responsibility in data management and analytics
Strong guidance and mentorship

Experience with dashboarding tools (Looker Studio, Power BI, Tableau, or similar)

Ability to communicate insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders
Fluent in Dutch and English
Available to work at least 3 days per week at our HQ in Amsterdam
Basic experience with SQL
Familiarity with Big Query or cloud data warehouses
Experience with data validation or data management
Internship, graduation project, or junior role in BI / analytics
