Data Architect

As a Data Architect you will:

• Act as a core member of the enterprise data team, responsible for establishing and strengthening data foundations.
• Drive Data Architecture and Data Management initiatives across domains including:
  Data Governance, Data Quality Management, Reference & Master Data Management (MDM), Metadata Management, Data Privacy.
• Lead data epics and solution architecture activities in agile delivery environments.
• Define, develop, and maintain enterprise-wide data models aligned with business objectives.
• Contribute to enterprise data strategy and architecture, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

• Strong working knowledge of the DAMA-DMBOK framework and data governance principles.
• Proven experience in conceptual, logical, and physical data modeling.
• Hands‑on expertise in metadata management, data lineage, and business glossaries.
• Experience implementing and monitoring data quality frameworks and metrics.
• Practical exposure to MDM, reference data, and data stewardship practices.
• Familiarity with data catalog and governance tools such as:
  Collibra and Atlan.
• Working knowledge of data modeling tools, preferably Sparx EA.

• Translate business requirements into scalable data models and architectures.
• Establish and operationalize data governance frameworks based on DAMA‑DMBOK.
• Ensure consistency and traceability across data domains, systems, and models.
• Set up approaches for data quality measurement, monitoring, and reporting.
• Design and maintain enterprise data architecture aligned with organizational standards.
• Influence decision‑making and manage organizational change related to data practices.

• A collaborative environment involving data engineering, analytics, and business teams.
• The ability to shape data foundations, standards, and long‑term data strategy.
• A role with high impact and visibility across business and technology stakeholders.
