An Amsterdam-based scale‑up (70 FTE, self‑funded) on a mission to create the ultimate online playground: a platform where players and game developers come together to play, create, and connect. Every day, 10 million players from all over the world visit  for free and easy access to their favorite games.

The AdTech space evolves constantly, that’s what keeps it exciting. Within this role, you’ll follow the latest developments and contribute to our advertising operations. You’ll work together with a group of business‑savvy, analytical and technical people, aiming for the most optimal setup for game developers, advertisers and players.

As part of Poki’s Revenue team, you’ll be responsible for optimizing the ad performance, managing advertising partnerships, and driving strategic AdTech initiatives. You’ll turn data into insights, test new opportunities, and ensure that Poki’s ad setup is competitive and future‑proof.

• Improve the performance of our current ad stack. Analyse performance metrics across countries, devices and ad formats. Deliver the best ad rates for our community of 500+ game developers.
• Future‑proof our ad setup. Stay ahead of the ever‑evolving AdTech landscape; identify revenue growth opportunities and experiment with different ad setup configurations.
• Ensure that we work with the right partners in the industry. Grow the business with our current key advertising partners and identify new opportunities for collaboration and revenue growth.

• 4+ years of experience in AdTech, with in‑depth knowledge of the ecosystem (publishers, Prebid, S2S, SSPs, DSPs, and buyers).
• A problem‑solving mindset, approaching challenges with curiosity and taking ownership.
• Analytical skills, turning complex data into clear insights and actionable steps.
• Attention to detail, catching the small things that make a big difference.
• Adaptability, thriving in a fast‑changing environment and being able to shift priorities with ease.
• Entrepreneurial spirit, caring and taking initiative to improve things.

• You will play a key role in improving the monetization capabilities of the largest web gaming platform.
