Een organisatie voor geestelijke gezondheidszorg is op zoek naar een helpdeskmedewerker in Amsterdam. In deze rol ben je het eerste aanspreekpunt voor collega's die vragen hebben over automatisering en facilitaire diensten. Een MBO- of HBO-diploma in ICT is vereist, evenals ervaring met registratiesystemen zoals Topdesk. Verder ben je verantwoordelijk voor het oplossen van problemen en ondersteun je het team bij administratieve taken.
Een veelzijdige en uitdagende functie binnen een gemotiveerd team, waarin ontwikkeling en mobiliteit gestimuleerd worden.
