We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager - AI to join Bynder Labs
, our dynamic incubator for AI and ML innovation. In this role, you’ll be the focal point for AI both externally and internally, combining a 0-to-1 mindset with an appetite for rapid experimentation. • Focal Point for AI Serve as a go-to expert on AI-driven initiatives, advocating for cutting-edge solutions that solve real customer problems and create market differentiation.

• Define and Own the Product Roadmap Work closely with AI/ML engineers, UX researchers, and cross-functional stakeholders to set vision, priorities, and timelines for next-generation AI features.

• Lead 0-to-1 Product Initiatives Drive experimentation and pilot projects that explore novel uses of AI in the DAM industry, guiding them from idea to proof of concept to commercial launch.

• Synthesize Insights & Validate Opportunities Engage with customers, market research, and internal teams (UX, Data, etc.) to identify pain points and opportunities for leveraging AI to innovate and differentiate Bynder’s platform.

• Champion Rapid Prototyping and Iteration Collaborate with Bynder Labs engineering to quickly validate concepts, gather feedback, and iterate on prototypes to accelerate learning and de-risk new product bets.

• Drive Cross-Functional Alignment Coordinate with sales, marketing, and customer success to ensure new AI products and features meet market needs and are effectively positioned.

• Promote Thought Leadership Represent Bynder externally at events, webinars, and industry forums, positioning our AI capabilities as best-in-class.

• 5+ years in Product Management Proven experience managing complex product portfolios and launching new AI/ML focused products from the ground up. Experience in Saas is a plus.

• 0-to-1 Innovation Mindset A track record of turning ambiguous opportunities into reality through experimentation, rapid validation, and iterative development.

• Technical Fluency Comfortable discussing AI/ML concepts with engineering teams and translating technical capabilities into compelling product narratives for broader audiences.

• Market and Customer Empathy Ability to derive insights from user research, analytics, and market trends, and synthesize those into clear product requirements.

• Excellent Communication & Stakeholder Management Skilled at rallying cross-functional teams, communicating product vision, and influencing without formal authority.

• Curiosity and Drive A self-starter with a passion for exploring the latest AI tools, staying on top of industry developments, and continuously pushing boundaries.
