Job Title: Dev Ops Support Engineer-File Transfer
Location: Amsterdam, NL
Duration: 6-12 month contract
Working Mode: Hybrid

Talented Managed File Transfer engineer with a deep understanding of Managed File Transfer protocols and experienced with the MFT solution of the Axway suite.
Experience with maintaining an infrastructure via Azure Pipeline and Ansible.
The Team:
You will join the File Transfer team responsible for the File Transfer service used internally between applications and externally between clients and external partners. This team manages a large estate of different assets across various platforms, each asset having its own functionality and technical challenges.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Work on a new solution for the external file transfer service, migrate the consumers, and maintain the infrastructure.Infrastructure as Code: Develop and manage infrastructure as code.Dev Ops Integration: Collaborate with Dev Ops teams to ensure smooth CI/CD pipelines and efficient application deployment.Dev Sec Ops Security: Implement (automate) and maintain robust security measures to protect our platforms from vulnerabilities and cyber threats.Risk Assessment: Identify potential risks and vulnerabilities in platform architecture and work on risk mitigation strategies.Monitoring and Optimization: Continuously monitor platform performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement optimizations for improved efficiency.Alerting and Incident Response: Set up proactive alerting systems and develop incident response procedures to ensure platform reliability and availability.Documentation: Create comprehensive documentation for platform architecture, configurations, and procedures.Coaching and Knowledge Sharing: Mentor junior team members and share your expertise through coaching and knowledge-sharing sessions.How to Succeed:
You have experience in continuous integration and continuous delivery using tools such as Azure Dev Ops, Git Lab.You have experience with automated deployments via Ansible.You have experience with OS monitoring tools (such as Grafana and Prometheus) as well as dashboard creation.You have excellent knowledge of at least one scripting language (e.g., Python, Shell). Developing experience with Python, Java, or Golang is also a big plus.Hands-on experience with Axway products (CFT/Gateway) is a big plus.You have great problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.You are a strong communicator and enjoy collaborating with others.You are eager to learn new technologies and have the ability to pick up things quickly and put them into use.You think critically and look at the larger picture.You have basic knowledge of Scrum/Kanban and Agile methodologies.You have good English communication skills, both verbal and written.Important competencies: problem-solving, creativity, cooperation, discipline, and result-oriented.#J-18808-Ljbffr
