AI Program Support Coordinator Hybrid

The AI Program Coordinator will support the (Gen)
AI strategy. This temporary role focuses on enabling effective collaboration, supporting AI program delivery, and building an active AI community. The ideal candidate is proactive, organised, and passionate about AI and community engagement.

• Coordinate and track AI program initiatives, ensuring timely progress and clear communication across teams
• Organize training sessions, workshops, and awareness campaigns to build AI literacy and engagement
• Prepare documentation, presentations, and communications for workshops, stakeholder meetings, and project updates
• Support project management tasks, including tracking timelines, deliverables, and risks

• University degree in Business, Engineering, AI, Computer Science, or related field
• 3-5 years of experience in analytics, AI delivery, project management, or community building
• Knowledge of GenAI tools and technologies, including LLMs, prompt engineering, and responsible AI practices
• Passion for AI, data, and innovation
• Experience supporting cross-functional projects or programs
• Strong organizational, communication, and facilitation skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment
• Skilled in preparing presentations, documentation, and facilitating workshops
• Proficiency in English
• Experience in apparel/retail or large global organizations is a plus
