The team you will joinAt iChoosr, you will join a team of 150 go-getters with a proactive approach, strong sense of ownership and strong interpersonal skills. Your colleagues work across the US, the Netherlands, Belgium, the UK, Poland and Japan. You will join the IT‑Support team, who are the friendly face that makes the whole company run smoothly and secure, and work together with the other IT Support Officers, an external Managed Service Provider, and our Chief Technology Officer.

As Working Student IT Support, you are the go‑to support to help run our operations effectively. Your main responsibility is providing hands‑on first‑line IT support for both hardware and software. Together with the other members of the IT Support Team, you enable everyone at iChoosr to do their best work by ensuring they have access to all the necessary tooling to be successful.
With a workload ranging from hardware lifecycle management, incident & ticket handling, and automation & process improvement ideas, this is a varied role wherein you can get hands‑on experience with a wide range of real systems. You’ll solve problems, get exposed to cloud tools such as Microsoft Azure, Google Workspace, Atlassian and Slack, and build up your technical skills.
- You are currently enrolled in an IT‑related study and have an affinity for IT
- You are an excellent communicator, you are social, and you can translate your technical knowledge to your colleagues
- You are analytical and able to see the bigger picture, even when working on detailed tasks
- You can recognise problems and have a focus on improving
- You can plan well and enjoy working with a wide range of tasks
- You speak English, as that is the official language in our organisation. Speaking and understanding Dutch is definitely a plus
- You are available to come into our Amsterdam office and ideally live in Amsterdam or the direct surroundings (< 50 km)
