Do you love chasing opportunities and turning leads into lasting partnerships? Circular IT Group is looking for true hunters – people who thrive on building new business and closing deals.

We help companies extend the life of their IT equipment through circular solutions – smarter procurement, reuse, and sustainable lifecycle management. Your job: grow our international presence and make circular IT the standard in your market.

Generate new business in your language market (DACH, UK, or Poland).

Build and manage your own pipeline – from first contact to closing.

Spot opportunities and turn them into long-term customer relationships.

Collaborate closely with marketing and inside sales to follow up on leads.

Achieve and exceed sales targets.

3+ years of experience in B2B sales, ideally in IT or related sectors.

Fluent in one of these languages:
English, German, French, or Polish.

Driven, confident, and competitive – a natural deal closer.

Strong communicator with a consultative sales mindset.

Based in or around Amsterdam.

A base salary between €3,500 and €4,000 per month (annual €42,000 – €48,000)

Plus an OTB package of €50,000 with an uncapped performance-based bonus.

We offer various services such as the removal and safe destruction of IT products that can no longer be reused, secure data removal, repair, refurbishing, distribution, installation and resale of refurbished IT equipment.
