Amsterdam    posted on Posted Today    job requisition idR    Als beginnend kandidaat-notaris maak je onderdeel uit van de corporate praktijkgroep die momenteel in Nederland bestaat uit 25 (kandidaat-)notarissen  en advocaten en wereldwijd uit ongeveer 1.200 leden. Je werkt intensief samen met collega’s uit andere praktijkgroepen en met andere internationale kantoren uit het Linklaters netwerk. Het werk bestaat uit interessante en uitdagende, veelal internationale, zaken voor cliënten (zoals beursgenoteerde bedrijven, (private equity) fondsen, banken en corporates) die behoren tot de top van het bedrijfsleven.
Er is veel ruimte en tijd voor het opbouwen van specialistische kennis van het ondernemingsrecht in de meest brede zin en het verlenen van hoogwaardig juridisch en commercieel advies. Linkaters heeft de afgelopen jaren namelijk significant geïnvesteerd in de automatisering van alle basis notariële en corporate documentatie (zoals documenten voor een oprichting, levering of juridische fusie), waardoor meer tijd kan worden besteed aan maatwerk en advies.

Dit maakt Linklaters uniek in de markt.
Naast de dagelijkse praktijk biedt Linklaters uitstekende interne opleidingen aan in binnen- en buitenland gericht op het ontwikkelen en verbeteren van juridische en niet-juridische vaardigheden.
Na je stage bieden wij de kans om op secondment te gaan bij cliënten of op andere buitenlandse Linklaters vestigingen.
