The Role
We are currently looking for a passionate and experienced Breakfast Chef to join our kitchen team. As Breakfast Chef, you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality breakfast dishes that meet IZAKAYA’s high standards, ensuring a smooth and efficient start to the day for our guests.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and present breakfast dishes with consistency and creativity

• Ensure all mise-en-place is ready for service

• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen

• Monitor stock and assist with ordering ingredients as needed

• Follow all health & safety regulations

• Work closely with the Head Chef and other kitchen team members

Requirements

• Proven experience as a breakfast chef or similar role in a high-end kitchen

• Passion for food and attention to detail

• Strong organizational and time management skills

• Able to work independently in the early morning hours

• Must be living in Amsterdam or nearby

• Fluent in English
