Shift Leader (Fulltime)

Coördineer het team en zorg voor een vlotte restaurantwerking. Als Shift Leader leid je het team van medewerkers tijdens de shift en zorgt voor een optimale gastbeleving. Je hebt overzicht op de vloer, stuurt je team aan en geeft het goede voorbeeld. Je zorgt ervoor dat alles soepel verloopt, de service goed is en iedereen zich goed voelt in hun rol.

Naast je leidinggevende taken ben je ook verantwoordelijk voor het openen of sluiten van de locatie, inwerken van nieuwe medewerkers, bestellingen en kassa-afsluiting.

Coordinate the team and ensure smooth restaurant operations. As a Shift Leader, you will lead the team during your shift and ensure an optimal guest experience. You will oversee the floor, guide your team, and lead by example. Your role is to ensure everything runs smoothly, the service is excellent, and everyone feels comfortable in their role. In addition to your leadership responsibilities, you will be in charge of opening or closing the location, onboarding new team members, managing orders, and cash handling.
