• Your own Swapfiets 🚲 (lease)
• Flexible or fixed working hours/days possible. On weekdays and weekends!

• We offer a lot of responsibility, challenging and dynamic work
• Growth opportunities within Swapfiets (you can even move with us to other cities or countries!)
• No seasonal work – we work all year round!

• Working in the store and providing excellent Swapfiets service to members
• You are the first point of contact for (potential) members, helping them set up a new subscription or offering support with any problems
• You keep the store clean, tidy and organized
• Stimulating upselling by offering additional products that are desired by our members
• You carry out smaller bicycle repairs on site in the store, so that our members can keep cycling happily

• You have a passion for cycling and good service
• You are fluent in Dutch and English
• You are available 32 hours a week
• Preferably, you have experience working independently and making decisions
