Interior Showroom Assistant

A Japanese luxury furniture company is currently recruiting an Interior Showroom Assistant to work in their Amsterdam showroom and office.
In this role, you will be responsible for providing interior design advice to customers, managing logistics, participating in sales activities, organising exhibitions, and maintaining store layout.
The ideal candidate should have experience in interior design, strong communication skills, and the ability to handle physical tasks.

Mon-Sat 9:30 AM - 6:00 PM
SALARY: starting from €2,500 per month (depending on experience)

Interior Showroom Assistant

Main Responsibilities:

● Participate in sales activities and customer service

● Provide interior design advice to customers (B2C and B2B)

● Manage logistics including receiving shipments and arranging deliveries

● Organise and manage exhibitions and events at the store

● Maintain store layout and displays

● Packaging as needed

Interior Showroom Assistant Ideal Candidate:

● Experience in interior design or related fields

● Fluent in English;
Dutch is a plus

● Experience in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe InDesign, Adobe Illustrator, Autocad, 3DMax and Sketchup

● Strong communication skills for interacting with clients and team members
