• Storyteller Extraordinaire: Bring the incredible story of O My Bag to life for our customers. Help them find the bag that’s just right for them while sharing our mission of sustainability and fair trade.
• Customer Experience Superstar: You’ll create an unforgettable shopping experience. Your mission: make sure every customer leaves with a smile (and maybe a bag or two!)
• Sales Innovator: Track product and sales data and brainstorm cool ideas that keep our growth soaring. You’re always looking for new ways to push the limits!
• Event Rockstar: Organize and support in-store events, pop-ups and marketing campaigns. Your energy will make every event a total hit!
• Team Champion: Together, we’ll be unstoppable!
• Visual Merchandising Guru: Help create a beautiful, fresh store display where our bags are the stars of the show.

• You’re a people person – social, enthusiastic, and super motivated.
• You LOVE making customers happy. You give top‑notch service, always with a smile and never rush!
• You’re a proactive problem‑solver with a can‑do attitude, able to juggle multiple customers while keeping your service amazing.
• You thrive on challenges and are super creative. If you don’t know the answer, you’ll keep searching until you do.
• Ideally, you speak Dutch, or at least you’re actively learning it so you can delight our Dutch fans.
• You’re available for 24‑40 hours per week and ready to dive in ASAP.
