Founded in Berlin by Jacqueline Mikuta and Klemens Weiss, MIKUTA began in 2017 with a jewelry line and expanded into women's ready-to-wear in 2019. Today, MIKUTA is an independent fashion brand known for effortless design, premium feel, and a distinct point of view.

Our Team is spread across Europe, with a Studio Office in Berlin and a production Office in northern Portugal and a Flagship Store in Berlin Mitte.

We’re expanding rapidly, and to support our retail team, we’re looking for a Retail Assistant (d/f/m) who can create memorable customer experiences and drive in-store success. In this role, you’ll be at the forefront of our brand, helping customers connect with MIKUTA’s unique style while supporting store performance and growth.

• Deliver personalised and attentive customer service that builds trust and loyalty.
• Guide customers in discovering a selected variety of MIKUTA’s products and share our brand story to inspire confident purchases.
• Maintain a visually appealing store environment that reflects MIKUTA’s clean, modern aesthetic.
• Efficiently manage sales transactions and assist with inventory control to ensure smooth operations.
• Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets and contribute to a positive and motivating store culture.
• Support the execution of store events, product launches, and promotional activities.
• Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and market trends to provide expert advice.

• Proven experience in retail, customer service, or a related field, ideally within fashion or the luxury sector.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build meaningful connections with customers.
• Passionate about fashion and deeply familiar with MIKUTA’s brand and values.
• Team player with a proactive and enthusiastic attitude.
• Available to work flexible hours, including weekends.
• Fluent in English and Dutch, both written and spoken.
