Een zorgorganisatie in Amsterdam is op zoek naar een bevlogen begeleider voor LVB+ cliënten. In deze rol bied je ondersteuning en begeleiding aan cliënten met een complexe achtergrond in hun dagelijks leven. Je zorgt voor vertrouwen en stabiliteit en past je benadering aan op basis van hun zorgvraag. Je hebt minimaal een mbo-4 diploma en 2 jaar ervaring. Dit is een kans om betekenisvol werk te doen binnen een hecht team, met mogelijkheden voor persoonlijke ontwikkeling en een jaarcontract.
