Nationwide Tax Advocates in California is seeking a Tax Investigation Specialist to support the early stages of the tax resolution process. You will gather IRS records, submit required forms, and prepare client files for Case Managers and tax professionals.
In this in-person role you will communicate with the IRS and state agencies, maintain accurate case documentation, request transcripts, upload tax records in the CRM, and ensure files are complete so cases move forward efficiently.
