Hiring Chartered Accountant Partners – Retainer / Commission Basis (Ezy File)   About Ezy File:
Ezy File is a fast-growing technology-enabled tax compliance platform  providing Income Tax Return filing, GST services, and business compliance for individuals, startups, and SMEs across India. We are expanding our network of  practicing Chartered Accountants  to deliver high-quality compliance services through our platform.
Position:  Chartered Accountant – Partner (Remote)   Work:
Remote / Hybrid
Engagement:  Retainer / Commission Basis

Experience:

0–15 years (practicing or freelance CAs welcome)
Responsibilities   Prepare and review Income Tax Returns (individuals & businesses)
Monthly & quarterly GST returns (GSTR-1, 3B, 9, 9C)
Handle Income Tax & GST notices
Company incorporations, MSME, EPF, ESI registrations (optional)
Provide consultation to clients through the platform
Maintain confidentiality & uphold ICAI ethical standards

Compensation  Commission Model:
ITR Filing (Salary): ₹150–₹300
ITR Business: ₹350–₹800
GST Returns: ₹200–₹500
Notices: 20%–40% of fees
Registrations: 10%–30% share
Retainer Model:
₹15,000 – ₹60,000 per month + incentives
(Based on experience & workload)
