Network Engineer

We’re hiring a  Network Engineer  in Ancona! This role is ideal for someone with solid experience in enterprise networking. You’ll be part of a collaborative team focused on delivering secure, scalable, and high‑performing network solutions that support a large and growing organization.

Responsibilities

Provide hands‑on support and management of the overall network infrastructure.

Troubleshoot and resolve issues across network devices and wireless systems.

Configure and maintain routing protocols such as STATIC, OSPF, and BGP.

Oversee and ensure the stability of the network serving approximately 1,000 employees.

Collaborate with infrastructure, security, and application teams to align network solutions.

On‑call availability to ensure a seamless service.

Document network architecture, changes, and operational procedures for internal knowledge sharing.

Skills Required

Strong understanding of enterprise networking principles and infrastructure operations.

Ability to diagnose and resolve medium/complex network issues in dynamic environments.

Experience managing large‑scale network environments and supporting end users.

Excellent communication skills to liaise with technical and non‑technical stakeholders.

Familiarity with network monitoring and performance tools.

Relevant certifications (CCNA/CCNP) or equivalent hands‑on experience in network engineering.
