You will design and develop components for semiconductor packaging, conduct feasibility studies, and convert concepts into manufacturable designs. The ideal candidate has over 5 years of experience in mechanical or production engineering, holds an HND or degree in a relevant field, and is proficient in CAD design, ideally Solid Works.
This position offers the opportunity to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and contribute to innovative projects.
