This role involves designing and developing components and tooling for semiconductor packaging, ensuring high quality and engineering standards. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of engineering experience, an HND in a relevant field, and strong CAD skills, particularly with Solid Works.

The position offers a full-time employment with a salary range of £45,000 - £50,000.
