This is a rewarding and varied role where no two days are the same. You'll be at the heart of our service—supporting carers, coordinating care visits, and ensuring our clients receive outstanding, person-centred care.

• Coordinating care schedules and managing rotas
• Matching carers to clients based on needs, skills, and availability
• Supporting care staff with day-to‑day queries
• Communicating with clients, families, and professionals
• Responding to changes, emergencies, and last‑minute cover
• Ensuring accurate records and compliance with care standards
• Supporting the Registered Manager with administrative tasks

• Experience in a care coordination, scheduling, or care environment (preferred)
• Strong organisational and time‑management skills
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving abilities
• A calm, flexible approach in a fast‑paced environment
• Good IT skills and attention to detail
