Job Description

Position Title:

Warehouse Cleaner

Reports To:

Warehouse Supervisor or Facilities Manager

Key Responsibilities

* General Cleaning:
Sweep, mop, vacuum, and scrub warehouse floors and surfaces.

* Sanitization:
Disinfect high-touch areas such as door handles, shared equipment, and restrooms.

* Waste Management:
Empty bins, dispose of trash and recyclables, and maintain cleanliness around waste areas.

* Equipment Maintenance:
Clean and maintain cleaning tools and machinery (e.g., floor scrubbers).

* Spill Response:
Promptly clean up spills and report hazardous conditions.

* Stocking Supplies:
Replenish cleaning and hygiene supplies as needed.

* Compliance:
Follow health and safety regulations and company cleaning protocols.

✅ Requirements

* Experience:

Previous cleaning or janitorial experience preferred but not required.

* Physical Stamina:
Ability to lift up to 25 kg, stand for long periods, and perform repetitive tasks.

* Attention to Detail:
Thorough and efficient cleaning practices.

* Reliability:
Punctual, dependable, and able to work independently.

* Flexibility:
Willingness to work shifts, weekends, or overtime if required.

💼 Working Conditions

* Work is performed in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures.

* May involve exposure to dust, cleaning chemicals, and noise.

* Personal protective equipment (PPE) provided and required.

The working hours for this role are Monday, Wednesday, Friday & Saturday 7:30am-10:30am.

The hourly rate will be £12.21 per hour.
