What You’ll Do- Plan &
Schedule:
Create and manage production schedules for factory lines, ensuring 98% schedule adherence. - Collaborate:
Work closely with Operations, Procurement, Transport, Commercial, and technical teams to forecast and plan. - Problem-Solve:
Identify and manage risks to minimize production disruptions. - Leverage Technology:
Use ERP/MRP systems and scheduling tools to keep data accurate and up to date. - Support & Report:
Assist S&OP planners and maintain reporting processes for smooth operations.
- Accurate schedules and timely updates
- Minimal disruption to production
- Positive feedback from stakeholders
- Proficiency in ERP/MRP systems
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
- Understanding of supply chain processes
- Ability to multitask and respond quickly
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Office + chilled factory environment (PPE provided)
- Ear protection mandatory
- Some lifting (up to 25kg)
