Syntech Recruitment are partnered with a recognizable Electronic Manufacturer who are looking for a motivated Production Supervisor to take ownership of a production area support a skilled team and play a key role in quality efficiency and continuous improvement.

Youll make a real impact every day and help performs and grows.

• Lead support and motivate a production team daily
• Drive workflow output and quality to meet targets
• Support training development and performance reviews
• Encourage a positive safe and high-standard working environment
• Problem-solve improve processes and contribute ideas
• Work closely with Engineering and Quality on improvements and issue resolution

• A confident people-leader with strong communication skills
• Someone who enjoys developing others and leading by example
• Able to make decisions stay organised and handle a fast-paced environment
• Experience in a production or manufacturing setting
• Knowledge of production processes and quality standards

Bonus: Experience with Prod-data / 123 Insight & IOSH or leadership training
