Garden Centre Assistant Food & Beverage

Hillier Garden Centre at Weyhillis a much‑loved destination for gardening enthusiasts, offering an inspiring range of plants, gifts and outdoor living products. At the heart of the visit is our welcoming on‑site restaurant, where customers enjoy freshly prepared dishes, cakes and hot and cold beverages.

We are seeking a friendly, customer‑focused Food & Beverage Assistants to join our front‑of‑house team. This role is all about creating memorable experiences for our guests through warm hospitality, great communication, and attention to detail.

• Greeting and serving customers with a positive, professional manner
• Preparing and presenting hot drinks, including barista‑style coffee
• Serving food and ensuring tables and restaurant areas remain clean and inviting
• Delivering excellent customer service at all times, helping to make each visit special

• Strong customer service skills and previous front‑of‑house hospitality experience
• Enthusiasm, reliability and a proactive approach to teamwork
• Flexibility to support additional shifts during busy trading periods

To support our busy periods, we are seeking proactive and flexible candidates who are open to taking on additional shifts during peak trading periods

We have various hours available, worked on a rota basis which will involve both weekday and weekend working.

• Rate of pay of up to £12.21 per hour
