The following position is to join our RTX Enterprise Services Team: RTX has an opening for a Manager Facilities - Manufacturing Processes Support (Cleanroom Design/HVAC/Water Treatment) (Manager, Facilities) position. Responsible for overseeing the design, operation, maintenance, and optimization of a 24x7 semiconductor manufacturing facility and associated systems Exciting Opportunity! What You Will Do
  • Manage the planning, design, and maintenance of semiconductor facility systems, including HVAC, clean rooms, deionized water treatment, hazardous gas distribution, compressed air, process cooling water, industrial waste treatment, exhaust abatement, electrical systems, and other critical infrastructure.
  • Maintain cleanroom environments (ISO 14644) regarding temperature, humidity, and contamination control.
  • Oversee and manage the planning, coordination, and execution of tool installation projects, ensuring alignment with semiconductor manufacturing requirements, facility layouts, operational timelines, and compliance with fire protection systems (NFPA) and safety standards.
  • Ensure compliance with environmental, health, safety standards; fire codes (NFPA); local and industry regulations; and company policies.
  • Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to ensure the reliability and longevity of facility systems.
  • Lead troubleshooting and resolution of complex technical issues related to semiconductor facility systems and equipment.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including engineering teams, contractors, and suppliers, to optimize facility operations.
  • Provide technical guidance and project leadership to trades team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellence.
  • Conduct capacity planning and resource allocation to support current and future production requirements.
  • Identify and implement energy-efficient and sustainable solutions to minimize environmental impact and operational costs.
  • Generate detailed project plans, budgets, and reports for senior management review.
  • Stay current with advancements in semiconductor manufacturing technologies and facility engineering best practices.
Qualifications

You Must Have Minimum of 8+ years’ experience in a manufacturing environment and a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related field or equivalent combination of related work experience and schooling in lieu of degree. 5+ years’ experience in cleanroom design, HVAC…
