Candidates must have experience within the data center industry to be considered for this role.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field from a recognized university.
• Minimum 7+ years of relevant experience, with at least one data center construction project successfully delivered.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and familiarity with 2D design workflows.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written);
  Turkish language skills are a plus.

• Contribute to Stage 3 and 4 civil and architectural design development.
• Review and align designs with project specifications, standards, and sustainability goals.
• Support the setup and configuration of PmWeb approval workflows for design and construction documentation.

• Oversee civil and architectural works, including structural, facade, and finishing elements.
• Manage site infrastructure development, ensuring alignment with data center operational requirements.
• Monitor daily execution of works, ensuring compliance with approved designs, quality standards, and timelines.
• Conduct site inspections and report deviations or risks to the project team.
• Coordinate with internal teams, consultants, and contractors to ensure smooth project execution.

• Review and validate payment certifications, change orders, and contractor claims.
• Approve technical and material submittals, ensuring compliance with project specifications and standards.
• Actively contribute to site health and safety initiatives.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Technical expertise in civil and architectural construction.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
