We are looking for a Customer Support Consultant located in Ankara/ Turkiye to provide first rate service for our customers.

• Provide excellent and efficient technical support on 3
  
  Shape hardware (3D scanners) and software via online sessions, telephone, e-mails and occasional on-site events
• Managing support cases. Collect all relevant information from customers, according to company’s procedures and record this using company’s CRM
• Interact with other departments and elevate customers feedback further

• Customer oriented approach
• At least one year experience at a technical support call center operating at preferably dentistry or medical field
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (Upper Intermediate level or higher), with the ability to convey information clearly and professionally to customers
• Problem solving and logical thinking skills
• Result oriented and stress resistant
• Analytical, multitasking, and empathetic skills
• Aspiration to self-development and eager to learn
