We are looking for a Customer Support Consultant located in Ankara/Turkey to provide first‑rate service for our customers.

• Provide excellent and efficient technical support on 3
  
  Shape hardware (3D scanners) and software via online sessions, telephone, e‑mail and occasional on‑site events
• Manage support cases, collect all relevant information from customers, record this using company’s CRM
• Interact with other departments and escalating customer feedback further

• Customer oriented approach
• At least one year experience at a technical support call center operating at preferably dentistry or medical field
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (Upper intermediate level or higher)
• Problem solving and logical thinking skills
• Result oriented and stress resistant
• Analytical, multitasking, and empathetic skills
• Aspiration to self‑development and eager to learn
