What We're Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Mathematical Engineering, or related fields
• Minimum 5 years of hands‑on experience in mid to senior‑level storage administration
• Practical experience with enterprise storage platforms (Hitachi, Pure Storage, HPE, Dell, Huawei, Net App, etc.)
• Experience managing SAN switches (Cisco or Brocade)
• Solid understanding of RAID configurations, snapshots, thin provisioning, tiering, and replication technologies
• Knowledge of storage protocols (FC, NFS, SMB/CIFS, S3)
• Working knowledge of Linux and Windows Server environments
• Experience with monitoring, automation, and scripting tools
• Ability to automate operational tasks using Power Shell, Python, Ansible, or similar tools
• Strong analytical thinking, troubleshooting, and problem‑solving capabilities
• Effective communication skills and a collaborative working style

What You'll Do

• Administer, monitor, and optimize enterprise storage environments (SAN, NAS, Object Storage)
• Perform capacity planning, lifecycle management, and performance optimization
• Develop, implement, and maintain replication and disaster recovery strategies
• Troubleshoot hardware/software issues and work closely with vendors for resolution
• Manage storage network architectures, including FC and NVMe‑oF
• Lead incident investigations and provide root cause analysis
• Maintain high‑quality documentation and ensure operational procedures remain current
• Ensure continuity and resilience of storage systems during critical or unexpected situations
• Operate in compliance with ITIL processes, including change, incident, and problem management
• Manage operational workloads through Jira and Service Manager
• Monitor, measure, and report system performance and availability
