Senior Full Stack Engineer (Python/React) – Ankara

We’re looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer with a deep sense of ownership. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and wants to help define both the product and the technical direction of our platform. You'll work across the stack, focused both on building rich, performant, and intuitive interfaces that help users take action on complex, large-scale safety data, while designing the robust backend systems and APIs that power these experiences end-to-end.

You’ll join a small, mission-driven team where your contributions have a direct impact on real‑world issues.

• Drive the development of end-to-end product features, working across both frontend and backend systems.

• Build clean, scalable backend services using Python (e.g., Django, FastAPI, or Flask).

• Develop rich, performant frontend applications using React, Type Script, and modern tooling.

• Design and implement intuitive interfaces and workflows that empower analysts and reviewers working on online safety.

• Collaborate closely with product, design, data, and ML teams to ship impactful features quickly and iteratively.

• Own projects from start to finish, ensuring reliability, usability, and performance at every layer of the stack.

• Drive best practices in architecture, code quality, and testing across both frontend and backend systems.

• 3+ years of professional software development experience.

• Strong experience in backend development in Python with frameworks like Django, FastAPI, or Flask.

• Strong experience building frontend applications with React and Type Script.

• Strong UX sensibility and attention to detail in implementing clean, user-friendly interfaces.

• Comfort working independently in fast-changing or ambiguous environments.

• A collaborative mindset and passion for mission-driven work.

• Based in Ankara, Turkiye, some in‑office time is required.
