Qualifications- Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record
- Ability to lift in excess of 50 pounds, 8‑10 hours per day
- Able and willing to work in various weather conditions for long periods of time
- Ability to work in a results‑oriented environment
- Over 18 years of age
- Willingness and ability to obtain an Illinois or Wisconsin pesticide applicators license within 60 days
- Willingness to undergo a formal background check and drug screening
- Referral code from a current employee (or name if no code provided)
- Applying fertilizer, treating weeds and other beneficial lawn and yard services.
- Performing lawn analysis and making service recommendations to customers in the field.
- No mowing or landscaping.
- $18.00 an hour starting pay.
