• Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record
• Ability to lift in excess of 50 pounds, 8‑10 hours per day
• Able and willing to work in various weather conditions for long periods of time
• Ability to work in a results‑oriented environment
• Over 18 years of age
• Willingness and ability to obtain an Illinois or Wisconsin pesticide applicators license within 60 days
• Willingness to undergo a formal background check and drug screening
• Referral code from a current employee (or name if no code provided)

• Applying fertilizer, treating weeds and other beneficial lawn and yard services.
• Performing lawn analysis and making service recommendations to customers in the field.
• No mowing or landscaping.
• $18.00 an hour starting pay.
