Description

We are hiring for our client, a leading Construction, Fit Out and Manufacturing company with an exceptional reputation for delivering high-quality projects. Due to continued growth, they are seeking an experienced M&E Manager / Building Services Co-ordinator to join their dynamic team in Toomebridge.

This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled professional to play a key role in coordinating and managing the Mechanical and Electrical aspects of multiple projects, working alongside a forward-thinking and supportive team.

The Role:
  • Lead Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) coordination across multiple projects
  • Review design documentation, identifying risks, requirements, and value-engineering opportunities
  • Manage M&E subcontractors and ensure timely design and installation delivery
  • Liaise with clients, design teams and internal project teams
  • Ensure all works meet Health & Safety, quality, and programme standards
  • Monitor progress, prepare reports, and manage testing and commissioning
  • Provide input to tenders and procurement activities
  • Promote continuous improvement and collaborative working across all project stages
The Person :
  • Proven experience as an M&E Manager / Building Services Co-ordinator in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong technical knowledge of M&E and construction practices
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Confident managing subcontractors and liaising with senior stakeholders
  • Strong IT skills, particularly Microsoft Office
  • Proactive, adaptable, and team-oriented approach
