We’re on the lookout for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Support Executive to join our growing team at our Antrim office. If you have a passion for customer service and problem-solving, this is the role for you!

As our Customer Support Executive, you’ll:

• Deliver outstanding customer experience – providing expert advice and assistance via email, live chat, calls, and social media.
• Resolve customer complaints efficiently – ensuring timely and effective solutions to maintain high satisfaction levels.
• Support the dispatch team – making outbound calls to customers and coordinating with the delivery schedule.
• Keep customers informed – providing relevant and up-to-date information at every stage of their order.
• Liaise with couriers and internal teams – working closely with dispatch, sales, and purchasing to resolve queries promptly.
• Encourage customer reviews – promoting engagement on Trustpilot and social media.

• Previous experience in a customer support, contact centre, or customer-facing role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first approach.
• Excellent literacy skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) and general ICT systems.
• Organised, self‑motivated, and able to take ownership of tasks.
• A problem‑solving mindset with a commitment to following issues through to resolution.
• A positive and professional team player with high integrity.

You’ll work Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM.

This role is based at our Antrim office, located in the Junction One area. There may be some hybrid working opportunities available.
