What Were Looking For :
Proven experience as an Accounts Assistant in a similar role (Part-Qualified Accountant desirable) Proficient in Microsoft Excel and general office applications High attention to detail and accuracy Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Key Responsibilities:

Process supplier and customer invoices as part of a team Maintain and reconcile multiple bank accounts across three currencies Perform monthly bank reconciliations Process purchase ledger invoices and match delivery notes and POs Reconcile supplier statements Maintain the Sales Ledger Control account Assist with balance sheet reconciliations and credit card statements Manage credit control and customer accounts Complete VAT returns in a timely manner Assist with month-end and year-end account preparation Maintain accurate customer records and respond to financial queries Carry out ad hoc finance duties as required For further information on this opportunity or to explore the next step in your finance career, get in touch with Garry Thomson at HireIQ in complete confidence.
