A well-established business in the waste management sector is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Executive to join its high-performing finance team. This is a full-time, permanent role based in Antrim, offering a competitive salary of up to £30,000. This opportunity is ideal for candidates with strong Accounts Payable or general finance experience who are looking to contribute to a fast-paced, process-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Process purchase invoices and credit notes using automated systems

Perform supplier statement reconciliations and bank/cash allocations

Manage supplier payment runs and account setup

Liaise with internal departments and suppliers to resolve queries

Support month-end procedures and purchase order administration

Assist with external audits and business improvement initiatives

What We're Looking For:

Previous experience in Accounts Payable or general finance

Strong attention to detail and high professional standards

Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure

Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel
