Hours: 12 hours per week

Salary: £12.60 per hour (under review)

About the company: We provide homes for people to live well.

The Caretaker will maintain the highest levels of cleanliness at our schemes, responsible for cleaning all communal areas and acting neighbourly and friendly towards tenants and visitors. Experience in a similar role is required. The role may involve covering neighbouring schemes.
